Permanent People are working with an established boutique agency who are looking to hire a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join their successful team at their offices in the North of Bristol. They specialise in the logistics and supply chain sector and have gone from strength to strength over the past couple of years despite the pandemic.
The company prides itself on its family-feel culture and the team is made up of an average age group of 25 to 35. They have a great staff retention rate (only one person has left in three years!). The office environment is relaxed and you would need to be a dog lover as they have dogs in the office every day.
Targets are set based on the consultant’s salary, they trust their employees to get the job done and aren’t heavily KPI driven.
The Role:
This role will focus on the USA market working on either a warm or cold desk recruiting for permanent positions. It is unique in that they operate a four-day working week so your hours of work will be Monday to Thursday 11am to 8pm with every Friday off!
This role comes with excellent earning potential with a commission structure up to 30%. Four of their consultants have earned a massive £10k in a month in the last year so there’s big money to be had!
- About You:
Open to people from different sectors, ideally with a minimum of 3 years’ recruitment agency experience. - Must have perm recruitment experience ideally overseas.
