Food Runner/Commis Waiter - Full time and part time - £10.50 to £12 per hour - St Andrew Square, Edinburgh, EH2 2BD
We have full and part time hospitality positions for a developing hospitality/customer service professional.
Full time requires full flexibility so that you can work 5 days on with 2 days off and be available to work on any day.
Part time requires you to work at least 3 days/shifts in a week

We are a large high-street restaurant and cocktail bar and you will join a professional, supportive and highly engaged team of over 120 hospitality professionals.

- We support experienced hospitality professionals in a few leading independent restaurant and cocktail bar brands.
- Full time only, 45 hours/week (Part time 3 shifts/days a week)
- As a food runner or barback can expect an average between £10/50 and £12/hour
- Once you develop up to a server or cocktail bartender, your earning potential will average £15/hour including a share of service (At certain times/shifts up to £18/hour)
- Balanced shifts, usually 2 early shifts, 1 double and 2 late shifts

Careers with us:
- As a Food Runner or Commis Waiter, we will support your training and hope to develop you up to a server in 6 months.
- As a Barback we would hope to develop your cocktail bartending skills up into a cocktail bartender within 6 months.
- Servers are considered as Senior Waiters and Waitresses; the role works at a high level in an incredibly busy high street restaurant and cocktail bar.
- Cocktail Bartenders will work at a high standard, classic cocktail bars, fresh ingredients, fast-paced and entertaining destination bars.
- Hosts and Reservations team members are the face of our businesses and have a fantastic responsibility to welcome and manage the table seating and reservations.
We also have various leadership positions if you have previous accomplishments in leadership.
