The Analytics Graduate Programme 2024 is now open for applications! This will be within our Actuarial Analytics department on 24-month year fixed term contract with a view to be permanently placed at the end of the programme.
Over the programme, you will:
Contribute to the development of the company’s analytical capabilities.
Develop an understanding of how the company utilizes data and analytics to aid decision making.
Develop the foundations needed to build a career as an analytics specialist.
You will take ownership of your professional development, for which support will be provided.
You will help the Actuarial Analytics department with;
Designing, building, and testing technological solutions that help create opportunities for TMK.
Performing data analysis exercises on datasets from various sources to uncover insights.
Researching, evaluating, and if required integrating new data and analytics technologies and techniques into solutions or analysis developed and maintained by the AA department.
Developing the company’s analytical capabilities. This will include contributing to the development of internal code packages / libraries that will make it easier for the AA department to engage with data.

Technical Requirements:
You are enrolled in a (or hold a) BSc or MSc program in a field such as Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or another relevant scientific related field, and / or can demonstrate your technical aptitude through other means (for example, relevant work experience, blog writing or contributions to code repos).
