Legionella Edinburgh is a one-stop shop for compliance checks for landlords and letting agents in the private rented sector. We work with clients primarily across Edinburgh and the Lothians, carrying out checks at their rental properties to ensure that the properties are legal and their tenants are safe. We’re a small and friendly team focussed on providing an excellent level of service to our clients.
We’re looking for an administrative assistant to work 25 hours per week between Monday and Friday, with flexibility around hours worked each day. We’re a fully remote company so the successful applicant will work from home, with regular in-person team meetings in the Edinburgh area. You’ll be driven, detail oriented and have excellent administrative and customer service skills. Knowledge of MS Office is essential, and experience with Google Workspace and property is desirable.
Main duties
- First point of call for clients
- Prepare client quotes
- Book in engineer appointments
- Process engineer reports
- Raise sales invoices
- Ad hoc administrative support to the company director
- Maintaining and updating procedural documentation
