We are looking for a bright, energetic individual with a background in recruitment to join LineIn as our new Recruitment Assistant!

LineIn is a UK-based clinical triage service that answers inbound calls and phone inquiries for multiple GP surgeries nationwide. We are a young start-up, who are growing rapidly. We are dedicated to supporting and investing in our team, as well as providing a high quality service for GP surgeries and their patients.
As a company, we are currently experiencing record growth. To support this growth, our needs are ever expanding and a large part of our success lies in the quality of our First Contact Advisors.
As Recruitment Assistant, you would work alongside our HR Team to find, screen, and assess suitable candidates to fill our open positions. You will schedule and conduct interviews and assessments, coordinate with other departments to meet operational demands for recruitment, and handle related administrative tasks. You will play a crucial role in sourcing high quality, reliable First Contact Advisors to meet our client's needs, as well as in ensuring efficient and organised recruitment processes within LineIn.
What Would Your Role Entail?
- Screening applications to LineIn's open positions, primarily on Indeed and LinkedIn.
- Assessing CVs for applicants' suitability to the role and their reliability.
- Conducting interviews and assessments.
- Evaluating candidates' profiles and recommending successful candidates to the HR Manager to make a hiring decision.
- Communicating with the HR Manager to assess future recruitment needs and set recruitment targets.
- Handling administrative tasks such as updating and maintaining candidate databases, communicating with prospective candidates, and other related paperwork and tasks.
Who Are We Looking For?
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Experience in recruitment, experience conducting interviews and assessments.
- Can show a consistent record of meeting set deadlines and targets.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively.

Part-time hours: 25 per week
Salary: £12.00-£15.00 per hour
