Key Responsibilities
- Planning and overseeing audit processes, including the preparation of audit plans and coordinating with clients
- Reviewing and preparing financial statements and tax computations in line with the applicable accounting standards
- Training, mentoring and supervising junior staff to enhance their professional growth and ensure high-quality service delivery
- Conducting analytical reviews and presenting financial reports to senior management and clients
- Managing client relationships and offering comprehensive financial advice to meet their specific needs
- Ensuring regulatory compliance by staying up-to-date with changing accounting and auditing standards
Requirements
- Qualified ACA, ACCA, or equivalent, with significant experience in audit and accounts
- Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
- Demonstrated expertise in using accounting software
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and team members
- Commitment to maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and professional integrity
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritise workloads, and meet deadlines

Salary: £46,000.00-£58,000.00 per year
