We are looking for an apprentice to join our vibrant team to start a career in the recruitment sector.
Starting as a Recruitment Resourcer and Business Administration Level 3 apprentice, you will learn the ropes whilst working on the job. As well as this, you will be undertaking the apprenticeship to refine your knowledge and understanding of how the industry works, gain transferable skills.
You will not be on a typical apprenticeship salary and, in fact, will also be included in business bonuses and rewards.

Recruitment Business Apprentice Main Duties:
- Researching, identifying, attracting and shortlisting candidates for the recruitment process to fulfil the requirements of the business brief.
- Identifying new business opportunities through a variety of means and refer these opportunities to a recruiter.
- Meeting all procedures and carrying out relevant processes to ensure industry codes of ethics and relevant legislation are met.
- Day-to-day office administration
- On-line Advertising
- Dealing with queries whether it be on the phone, over email or in person.
- Responding to candidate registrations and applications
- Creating adverts and posters
- Updating data on CRM and Payroll system
- Exporting in-office registration cards and documents onto CRM and Payroll system
- Right-to-work checks
- Committing time to complete apprenticeship tasks and assignments
- Social Media correspondence and advertising
This apprenticeship contains the knowledge-based Level 3 Certificate in Business Admin, the competency-based standard also includes project management, finance processes, IT skills and so much more. There are no minimum requirements and Next Level will contact you to arrange an interview.
Recruitment Resourcer Candidate Requirements:
- Hard-working attitude with the ambition to work within the recruitment sector
- Very good IT skills with the ability to learn new software
- Good with numbers, language and grammar
- Able to commit to the apprenticeship to ensure all assignments are completed as and when due.
- Outgoing personality who can adapt to dealing with different characters and situations
- Happy to pick up the phone and speak to candidates and clients
- Able to multi-task
- A creative thinker who can work on their own initiative should the situation call for it
- Social Media savvy with a willingness to develop and learn further in this area
