Manchester Metropolitan University is one of the UK's largest and most popular universities. The Department of Recruitment and Admissions at Manchester Metropolitan is responsible for recruiting and admitting new students to the University. We are looking to appoint a Recruitment and Admissions Assistant who will play a key role in ensuring that applications to the University are processed efficiently and effectively. This is a fixed term position ending 31 October 2024.
This role will have a specific focus within one area of the Admissions team, supporting the application processing for that area. The post holder will be asked to work flexibly across the wider team as required and the the focus of the role may be subject to change in line with evolving service needs.
The post holder will be responsible for the processing of a large volume of applications and handling related enquiries, ensuring the delivery of a high-quality admissions service for our applicants and partners.
The Recruitment and Admissions Assistant will have excellent written and communication skills, be able to work at pace and with a high degree of accuracy, and demonstrate a commitment to service excellence.
