Responsibilities and Duties:
Reporting to the Group Operations Manager, the Office Administrative Assistant will be responsible for undertaking a variety of day to day tasks to ensure the smooth running of the Group and will provide support in other business activities as and when required. Duties include:
- Supporting the Group Operations Manager with all administrative and operational matters
- Answering & fielding phone calls
- Opening, scanning, and filing post
- Sending and tracking post
- General admin support
- General housekeeping – keeping spaces clean and tidy
- Ordering stationary, refreshments, and rest room supplies
- On & Off Boarding of employees (workstation set up; DSE assessments)
- Support induction of new employees
- Client refreshments, if required
- HR support (advertising role on ATS, shortlisting applicants)
- Assist with company events planning
- Support with arranging and facilitating team meetings
- Assist with health & safety requirements

Specifics of the Role
The hours of the role are 35 per week, 9am to 5pm Monday to Thursday and 9am to 4:30pm on Friday, with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break each day.
The role is located at our Cardiff Office, with free on-site parking available.
