We are currently recruiting for a brand-new Recruitment Advisor position, on behalf of our client, a leading US law firm.
The role encompasses all aspects of recruitment administration, including: arranging interviews, running reports, paying invoices, running visa processes, arranging relocation, coordinating the background screening process, producing bespoke induction schedules and ensuring that everything is set-up for new joiners on day one, coordinating monthly 1:2:1 new joiner meetings, checking in with new joiners during their notice period, producing contracts of employment, and ensuring that the recruitment system is up to date.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a recruitment professional to work closely with the highly-regarded Recruitment Manager and there is plenty of scope to grow this role into managing some business services recruitment as well as getting involved with both recruitment and HR projects.
Suitable applicants will be highly-organised, proactive and comfortable liaising with people at all levels.
A competitive salary of circa £40,000-45000 is on offer, plus benefits and hybrid working arrangements are in place (3 days in the office and 2 remote).
