Job description

We are looking for our new Recruiter who would be responsible for finding, sourcing, attracting, and hiring talent with the goal to fulfil company’s hiring needs. This person would be closely collaborating with managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s hiring needs for each position, and to meet competitive hiring goals and expectations. This person will be responsible of managing the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles and helping management find, hire, and retain quality talent.

Who and what will you be working with?

You will be working within the HR team, collaborating closely with hiring managers to deeply understand their needs, develop tailored recruitment strategies, and provide guidance throughout the hiring process. You will play a vital role in shaping our workforce and driving our organization's success through exceptional talent acquisition. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting top-tier candidates who align with our company's values and objectives. You will be reporting to HR Business Partner.

We’re using Microsoft Office, Atlassian and other tools to keep our work running smoothly, so you can expect to deal with things like MS Teams, JIRA tickets, Smartsheet, etc., on daily basis.


What will you be responsible for?

1. Talent Acquisition and Planning

  • Define the best hiring strategy and optimal job advertising mix, including job boards, careers pages and social networks
  • Identifying job requirements and determining qualification criteria for candidates to craft attractive job descriptions
  • Strategize the recruitments of the departments you're in charge of to ensure we hire all the top profiles
  • Maintain relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved
  • Tracking execution of hiring plan

2. Sourcing and Candidate Engagement

  • Utilize various sourcing channels (job boards, social media, networking, etc.) to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates
  • Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidates qualifications and fit for the roles
  • Pipeline management
  • Create strategies to identify, attract, and engage with the best talent (sourcing, referrals, external agency management and more)

3. Selection and Assessment

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop effect
  • Interviewing and pipeline management
  • Independently drive continuous improvement and strategic recruiting initiatives
  • Attend debriefs alongside hiring teams to act as a peer in evaluating candidates.
  • Develop and distribute candidate experience surveys

4. Offer Management and Administrative tasks

  • Prepare and negotiate job offers
  • Administrative tasks as required by the business


Who are we looking for?

To help achieve our goals, we need someone with

  • 2+ years of recruiting experience
  • Demonstrated expertise in sourcing and identifying industry experts while finding unique methods to engage
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (TeamTailor or Talentlyft) and resume databases
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English

This person needs to

  • be an organised, structured, and analytical individual with great inter-personal and decision making skills
  • have the ability to evaluate candidate profiles and interview feedback, to determine their level of skill
  • have the ability to build strong relationships with both hiring managers and candidates
  • have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • have strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Advantageous, but not essential:

  • experience of working within the Automotive sector
