You’ll be available to start quickly and will join this award-winning Manchester Agency who specialise in packaging and branding strategy and design.
Offering an extensive global service across all areas of brand and retail communications, they work with some fantastic retail/FMCG clients.
What you’ll do:
- Develop mood boards and sketch concepts
- Conduct research to assist in delivering projects
- Display a knowledge and understanding of key client needs, projects and guidelines
- Understand and report ongoing trends in illustration, food and drink, retail, design & packaging
- Understanding and reporting social and environmental trends
What we’re looking for:
Ideally with food and retail experience, you will have a diverse illustration portfolio with an appreciation of great packaging design.
- Strong, unique and creative designs to impress
- Proactive, friendly approach
- Ability to plan your time and deliver to deadlines
- Bachelor’s Degree in Arts, Design, Advertising, Marketing or related field
- 6+ years progressive design experience required; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- High degree of proficiency MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation, & reasoning)
- Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
- Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting
The team are working on a hybrid basis with 2/3 days in the office, so you must be able to commute to central Manchester
