Receptionist (TCR1) London, England
Job description
We are recruiting a Receptionist to work as part of our fantastic team based on Regent Street and St James. The successful candidate will work on a ground floor reception in our ever growing portfolio.
This is the ideal role for someone who has an incredible ability to spark immediate Rapport with the guests arriving to the building. You will be an integral part of a highly professional team focused on delivering outstanding service and memorable experiences.
This is a permanent, full time role, 40 hours per week. Monday - Friday
Main Responsibilities- Delivering professional high-quality service.
- To work efficiently and effectively in order to deliver prompt and reliable service
- Anticipating the needs of both customers of the buildings and the visitors.
- Actioning emails and answering phone calls in a timely manner.
- To ensure an effective and flexible approach at all times.
The ideal candidate will come from a strong customer service background and will have the ability to think on their feet, learn quickly, form relationships easily and thrive on change.
