What You Can Expect

You will be responsible for the leadership and coordination of organizational change initiatives for our EMEA CRM Solution. The person, reporting to the EMEA CRM Deployment/Change Manager, will serve as the as Change Analyst across EMEA Markets that are using CRM and collaborate with all impacted stakeholders to drive change initiatives.

They will develop, implement, and manage the change process itself. They will engage with all levels of management and staff to ensure that changes are smoothly and effectively implemented. They will also lead change management activities in the right direction and work to ensure that changes meet the organization’s goals, whilst regularly reviewing User Adoption KPIs, Data Quality KPIs per market whilst suggesting solutions to KPIs that are below targets.

How You Create Impact
  • Work with CRM Change Manager to support all ongoing Change Management Activities
  • Support existing Change Management methodology, processes and tools to help drive user adoption for all 3 Releases.
  • Support existing User Adoption KPIs & Reports to drive EMEA / Local initiatives to improve Adoption.
  • Define and help drive Data Governance & Quality models.
  • Define overall RACI Matrix for Release 3.
  • Support communication and engagement efforts to all impacted stakeholders in all 3 Releases
  • Work with CRM Change Manager to assess the change impact per role, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders.
  • Support ongoing change management assessments, interviews & Surveys.
  • Identify and manage anticipated and persistent resistance from local markets.
  • Contribute actionable deliverables for the core change management plans: Sponsor, Updates, Communications Plan, and support Training Plan.
  • Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress across all 3 Releases.
  • Participate and contribute to Change Advisory Board meetings to help improve current functionality / process based on market feedback.
What Will Make You Stand Out
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent education.
  • Experience in a Change Management environment
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well in a fast paced environment and manage and prioritize your own workload
  • Demonstrate the interpersonal and stakeholder management skills needed to deal effectively with their internal customers and team mates
  • Strong work ethic, going beyond what is asked for and applying own critical thinking
  • Team player, high degree of flexibility and responsiveness, to changing inputs
What Will Make You Successful
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage workload with precision and accuracy in a very fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills in excel or more advanced tools
  • Excellent experience in creating Reports and Dashboards for analytic purposes
  • Good communication skills – both written and oral
  • Preferable CRM Experience
