Receptionist

Location: 58 New Broad Street - Primary Care, Roodlane, London

Salary Range: Up to 25,000 upon skills and experience

Working Pattern: Full Time 40 hrs Per Week

We have an exception role for you, in the position of Receptionist. As the welcoming face of our medical centre, you will provide a friendly, warm and efficient reception service whilst consistently delivering high quality customer care standards to both internal and external clients and contributing to an overall exceptional client experience.

Although working as part of a team on sites, this role will involve some lone working (short periods) when opening / closing clinics and at lunchtimes.

To meet and greet all patients, visitors, GP's and staff and assist with their enquiries

To have a good understanding of the medical system and the relevant Microsoft office programs

Issuing clients with the necessary paperwork and explaining forms

Dealing with face to face, telephone and E-Mail queries with an excellent telephone manner and communication skills

To work collaboratively with the Registered Manager and Clinical staff to deliver the patient journey

To be visible accessible and approachable for staff, patients and the public and ensure effective communication and resolution of any on site enquiries or escalation of complaints to the Senior Receptionist as needed. In this role you will learn from our leading experts and will contribute the vital care of our patients, as a valued member of the HCA Group.

Ideally, we are looking for someone who has;

Previous knowledge and experience in the hospitality, service or healthcare industry would be advantageous

Good general level of education to GCSE level or equivalent, 5 GCSEs or more preferred at C grade or above (demonstrated through a competency-based interview) or equivalent

Excellent spoken and written English

Computer literate with proven experience of Microsoft Office and experience of information systems
