Role purpose:
To proactively and effectively support the Director of Vodafone Business International and the Europe Cluster Markets through seamless, reliable and confidential Executive administrative co-ordination.
NOTE: The team is global spread across Americas, APAC and Europe. The Director has a high amount of international travel. Engagement and support required with internal and external stakeholders.
With us you will:
Manage the diary and commitments – in support of internal and external meetings
- Manage travel, itinerary and associated approvals
- Manage expenses, purchase orders, ordering of equipment etc
- Manage any events such as off-site events and other activities
Who you are:
Proven experience at successfully supporting Senior management level
- Highly organised and an ability to constantly prioritise duties
- Resilient with the ability to remain calm when under pressure
- A flair for simple, timely and accurate interventions as required to support smooth running of the team.
- Confident and discrete work approach.
- Able to build rapport with peers, team members and other senior leaders across cultural boundaries.
- Experience of dealing with suppliers, customers and/or partners
