Job description
We require a Band 4 Nursing Associate to work independently under the guidance and direction of a Registered Nurse in order to provide efficient and effective evidence based nursing care to patients in their own homes.
Applicants must have a qualification as a Nursing Associate as well as excellent clinical, communication and team working skills.

Car driver is essential with access to a vehicle for work.
Mileage expenses are claimable using the trust expenses system.
To assist members of the community nursing team including our primary care colleagues to maintain patient’s fundamental needs and ensure patient safety.
To carry out duties in support of a registered nurse and wider clinical teams.
To assist with a range of non-clinical duties.
To support the nurse in charge in completing home visits for existing patients on the caseload and any new referrals to the community nursing caseload.
To be competent within their scope of practice and continue to develop through the acquisition of further skills, knowledge and competencies determined by the individual clinical area.
