Job description
We are currently looking for people with a real passion for the food and a flair for great customer service to join our team as a retail member in our award winning farm shop.
The position is for immediate start with competitive salary, 20% staff discount and free uniform.
As a retail team member you will need to be able to deliver excellent customer service whilst sharing a passion for quality produce. Successful applicants without question will require energy and shed loads of confidence as you will be working in a fast paced and fun environment as part of a supportive team. Ideally you will have worked in similar food, restaurant or cafe environments before or you’ll simply be a true foodie so the basics come easily to you. We are open seven days a week so being able to work flexibly is vital. You will be chatting to our customers every day so having a great level of spoken English is pretty important too.
Your responsibilities will be to deliver an amazing experience to our customers, have a great eye for detail, passion for quality products and knowledgeable about fresh produce.
