Do you have administrative or customer service experience, and are you seeking a fantastic new opportunity to take your career to the next level in London? We are looking for a confident and engaging individual to join our West End office as a Receptionist in a full-time role that offers a salary between £26,000 - £33,000 based on experience.
Working closely with the Senior Executive Assistants, you will ensure the office is run efficiently and effectively.
To give you an idea of how this flexible role would look and feel, here are some of the things you could expect to do:
- Meet and greet visitors and take calls
- Run the reception inbox and meeting room diaries, proactively manage bookings
- Assist with the organisation and management of company events
- Be the primary point of contact for requests from staff, contractors and third parties
To apply for this receptionist role, you will need excellent admin skills or customer service experience. You will also require the following:
- A minimum of A-Level qualifications
- Solid knowledge of MS Office, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook
- The ability to multi-task and juggle priorities
- Reliability, punctuality and outstanding interpersonal skills.
