Salary: Fee-sharing arrangement - 70% to Consultant, 30% to Firm

Are you an experienced Family Law Consultant in the UK with a valid license to practice and a well-established client base? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Remote Family Law Consultant.

CarpeDiem is a respected firm specializing in providing comprehensive family law services to clients across the UK. We offer administrative support, access to our system, and the opportunity to collaborate with our existing clients if needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert legal advice and guidance on various family law matters, including divorce, child custody, adoption, domestic violence, and matrimonial disputes.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' cases, gather relevant information, and develop effective strategies to achieve their desired outcomes.
  • Represent clients in negotiations, mediation sessions, and court proceedings, ensuring their best interests are protected.
  • Stay updated on changes in family law legislation, regulations, and precedents to provide accurate and current advice.
  • Maintain strong client relationships, providing empathetic support and effective communication throughout the legal process.
  • Collaborate with the firm's administrative team to streamline processes, manage client documentation, and ensure efficient service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Valid license to practice as a Family Law Consultant in the UK.
  • Proven experience handling a wide range of family law cases, demonstrating expertise in divorce, child custody, and other related matters.
  • In-depth knowledge of UK family law statutes, regulations, and legal procedures.
  • Ability to independently manage client cases, conducting thorough research, and providing sound legal advice.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in using technology tools and systems to facilitate remote work.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to work remotely, managing time efficiently while meeting client expectations.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and dedicated to providing high-quality legal services.
