Vertu Mercedes-Benz of Slough are looking for a Receptionist/Showroom Host to join the team!
You will be required to meet and greet all customers on arrival to the showroom and ensure that their time at the showroom is an exceptional and enjoyable experience. You will also be required to replenish stocks of brochures/ tea and coffee facilities etc. and cover the reception phones. There is also a requirement for you to capture and record customer details on the appropriate systems.
You will be an enthusiastic and flexible individual with a keen eye for detail, be exceptionally organised and have great dedication to customer service with excellent communication skills.This is a full time role which includes working Saturdays with one set day off during the week.
