This role is based in the UK and is based in our London office. Christian Aid is currently trialing a hybrid working model and you will be required to attend the office for a minimum of 2 days per week with the option to work remotely for the remaining 3 days per week.

About the role
The Business Operations Manager role is key to collaborative working across the Fundraising and Supporter Engagement department, having a significant impact and a vital role in supporting in delivering their ambitions, analysing everything we do to find ways we could be more impactful by using our data and reporting mechanisms effectively. Ensuring Christian Aid’s supporters receive consistent and high-quality fundraising and supporter communications by scrutinising how we operate and finding ways to do things better.
About you
You are an experienced business operations manager having a substantial record of leading on projects and activities around business improvement, managing both internal and external partnerships, the post holder will effectively be able to negotiate and influence especially when managing our suppliers to ensure the best value. You will need to be able to work on your own initiative and collaboratively with colleagues.
