Job description
The YOU Clinic is looking for an experienced, confident & friendly front-of-house to keep our clinic running smoothly and to look after both our clients and team.
The position is based upon 28 hours per week working Wednesday through to Saturday.
Wednesday & Thursday & Friday 10am - 6pm (1hr lunch break)
Saturday 9.30am - 5pm (30 min lunch break)
Previous salon reception experience is essential or ideally, you are an ex-therapist looking to stay in the industry but in a different role. There is an option for you to earn additional commission if you are open to being trained in Spray Tanning &/or Ear Piercing services.
The role will include:
- managing phone/email/walk-in bookings accurately
- capturing client data/online record cards
- taking appointment deposits over the phone
- ensuring the online diary is kept accurate
- troubleshooting for any booking/staff/room issues
- stock control & ordering
- marketing & social media
- assisting therapists with set up of room
- ensuring clinic hygiene is upheld
- cleaning of salon equipement & sterilisation of tools
- in-house laundry & shopping
The YOU Clinic is an award winning boutique salon in Chiswick, West London. We specialise in permanent hair removal & skin rejuvenation techniques. Established in 2006, we have a huge client following from all over London. We are a team of 5 very experienced therapists who each specialise in their own field, we have extremely high standards and are looking for the right candidate to support our hard work.
The role is not available until mid August, when our current front-of-house is leaving to go to university.
