What is the opportunity?
You will provide a high quality reception / switchboard service to clients, visitors and employees.

What will you do?
Receives and Welcomes visitors
Receive incoming calls via switchboard and connects callers to relevant employees with the minimum of delay, this includes monitoring any recorded messages
Accepts delivery of items and advises addressee/messenger for collection
Process outgoing courier letters/parcels
Ensure the reception/switchboard areas are kept tidy at all times
Take bookings of meeting rooms and setting up refreshments etc.
Aid employees with connecting video and telephone conferencing facilities
Ensure that the reception area and rooms are stocked with the relevant literature / paper / pens / refreshments
Prepare hot & cold refreshments for meeting rooms and order food and drink for in-house meetings
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good organisational and time management skills
Experience with using switchboard operating system
Have basic typing/word-processing skills
Excellent customer services outlook to all tasks performed
Nice-to-have
Flexibility of working hours when necessary
Good understanding on how the company operates
