Receptionist PRN
POSITION SUMMARY
An organized individual capable of providing general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks. Receptionists are responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate associates, mail sorting and distribution, flow of correspondence, as well as additional clerical duties.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must be able to operate in professional office environment
Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries
Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions
Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges
Maintains safe and clean reception and lobby area by organizing and complying with policies
Communicates any patient or visitor issues to appropriate management
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred. One year of administrative experience preferred, preferably in a healthcare setting.
