Job description
The role
As a Receptionist at Pure Electric, you will be the face of the Pure Electric greeting and welcoming guests and clients whilst performing a variety of administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office.
As a business we aim to lead the market in what we do and this is the same for our front of house operations. You will be professional, proactive, service focused, but most importantly a friendly and welcoming presence.
What you'll do
- Implement and maintain procedures for the office including fire drill and evacuation, first aiders and fire marshals.
- Manage deliveries, booking couriers and postal services for the building.
- Respond to fire and intruder alarms within and out of hours.
- Be responsible for cleanliness of the building, overseeing common areas and meeting rooms during the day and managing the evening cleaning staff.
- Assist in H&S compliance and ensure safety procedures are followed.
- Be security conscious, ensuring visitors and staff adhere to building protocols.
