Allen Motor Group are currently looking to employ a Customer Relations Consultant to join our Customer Relations Team. Booking in aftersales customers for all service departments across the group and providing a fantastic customer experience. This position is offered on a 40-hour Monday – Friday basis with 1 in 2 Saturdays (8-2) paid as overtime. £22,000 basic with an OTE of £26,000. Upon completion of training, this position can be fully WFH

Do I need experience?
No! We relish applications from people looking to begin their career with us. The key attributes and skills we look for in candidates are:
- A strong background in customer service
- History of performing effectively under pressure
- Experience with IT systems and computer literate
- Previous working experience in a retail background would be highly advantageous
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Upon your completed 3 week training you will be expected to demonstrate the following skills and attributes:
- Convert customer enquiries to bookings and assist customers with service booking queries
- Ensuring all recorded information is accurate and stored correctly
- Achieving set performance targets
- Ensuring adherence to all GDPR guidelines
- Working in collaboration with all service departments to guarantee the smoothest experience for our customers
