CivicPlus provides SaaS products to help local governments positively engage with their community members. We’re eleven products strong and growing.
The Client Success Manager helps effectively communicate the corporate value proposition to assist in driving new functionality and community engagement to existing clients. This position is responsible for creating ongoing relationships with clients by providing valuable knowledge and understanding on how to best use the CivicPlus products. As trusted advisors, we guide clients to ensure they are well-versed in and fully comfortable with our software, services, and overall product catalog offerings. This role is also responsible for educating clients on usability of current functionality, possibilities for engaging citizens, new module availability, data integrity, completing reviews of projects, and generating sales leads for current clients.
Your Impact:
- Clearly and succinctly communicate the company’s value proposition over the phone and through email.
- Provide consulting with client to promote best practices for CivicPlus solutions
- Complete communications with assigned clients in required timeframe
- Respond to correspondence from clients in timely manner
- Analyze and compile accurate responses from clients during a variety of review processes
- Maintain the data integrity of the client accounts
- Perform other duties as assigned
