About the Role
- Dealing with patients face to face,
- Answering the telephone (within our new telephone only area),
- Greeting patients,
- Dealing with patient queries,
- Working through all administration tasks such as photocopying,
- Updating information in patient records and emails, and much more in this very versatile role.
About the Candidate
- You will, ideally, possess experience of working in a busy, public environment.
- You will need to be flexible with a positive attitude.
- You will need to demonstrate good team working and communication skills and an excellent standard of patient care.
- General Practice experience and knowledge of SystmOne would be an advantage.
