LifeScan STEM Graduate Programme – 6 positions

  • 2-year rotational programme based in Inverness, Scotland
  • Starting salary of £29,000 plus excellent benefits package including; private health care, performance-based bonus, and matched contributions pension scheme

Who are LifeScan

LifeScan is dedicated to providing meaningful solutions for people with diabetes and related conditions. At our Inverness site, we design and develop systems for the self-monitoring of blood glucose used by people with diabetes across the globe. We're proud to have the largest manufacturing site in the industry and have capability to produce over 5 billion test strips every year!

Our well-established graduate scheme has been running for 17 years, during which time almost 70 young professionals have gone through the programme. We're proud of the fact we retain 100% through our 2-year programme when typically employers lose 16% during the first 2 years – AGR 2017 (The Association of Graduate Recruiters (AGR) Development Survey 2017).

Requirements:

Eligibility to join the programme

You will have graduated within the last 2 years with a minimum of a Bachelor degree within a STEM discipline at grade 2:1 or above, or be due to graduate in summer 2023 with a predicted mark at this level.

You'll also be eligible to work in the UK on a permanent basis.
