Portico are on the lookout for a friendly and energetic Welcome Host (Receptionist), based at an American hedge fund in Central London.
The warm welcome from our Welcome Hosts determines the first impressions guests and visitors have of the firm. They play and essential role in the front of house services at this site, with a focus on exceptional customer care at the core of everything they do!
The role of the Welcome Host is not just the meet and greet on reception but includes the delivery and operation the meeting rooms service. You must be ready and willing to diligently book and set up meeting rooms for all meeting room styles, proactively dealing with requests, and ensuring clear and effective communication with all parties involved.
Shifts: 40 hours per week, from Mon-Fri between 8am-6pm
Salary: £32,000
- Corporate experience of hospitality experience required
- Have managed people or have had some leadership training – Not essential but preferred
- Admin duties
