As a Junior Legal Engineer you’ll be front and centre in ensuring that the Legal Transformation Team support our lawyers by selecting and implementing Industry leading technology platforms and helping them design and engage with the best technology.
What you’ll be doing
- Accountable for delivering analysis and requirements gathering for new and changing technology platforms
- Run design workshops to ensure our technology projects are successful
- Design and configure platforms to required specifications
- Train our lawyers in the tech they’re going to use in the work
- Become a Legal tech evangelist for the team to promote and facilitate technology and process change in BT
- Be able to build relationships across the business to ensure we deliver to the group strategy
The skills you’ll need
This is an entry level role, so we’d like to see that you have:
- Experience in running workshops even if just supporting a lead
- Excellent written and communication skills to help make change happen
- A track record of learning and looking to grow professionally
