Job Title: Receptionist

Placement Locations: This role will be split between the 4 following sites: -
Two Bridges, Guildford Street, Chertsey, Surrey KT16 9AU.
Unither House, Curfew Bell Road, Chertsey, Surrey, KT16 9FG.
New Spenser Ward, St. Peter's Hospital campus, Guildford Road, Chertsey, Surrey, KT16 0PZ.
Bramdean, Worple Road, Staines Upon Thames, TW18 1ED.

About the Trust
Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is the leading provider of health and social care services for people of all ages with mental ill-health and learning disabilities in Surrey and north east Hampshire.
We also provide social care services for people with a learning disability in Croydon and ASD and ADHD assessment services in Hampshire.
We deliver high quality care across our 140 services, all of which are registered with the Care Quality Commission. Individual treatment and support, which helps people work towards recovery, is at the heart of everything we do.
What you’ll be responsible for:
· Answer telephone enquiries/messages and transmit to staff members according to priorities, maintaining a helpful and courteous manner at all times.
· Greet clients and visitors to the Trust and alert team members of their arrival including use of SystmOne or offer direction, as required.
· Assist staff, visitors, service users and other agencies by providing answers or information to requests made.
· Support team members in liaising with service users, relatives, cares, secretaries, GPs and other relevant care agencies.
The role will involve, but not be limited to you performing the above
You’ll learn the following whilst working at the trust:
· An in depth understanding of the roles and responsibilities involved in working within the NHS
· Knowledge of the systems used, to effectively complete your role to the highest standard at all times
· A sense of teamwork, gained through working alongside and supporting colleagues from all levels, within the organisation
You’ll have the following skills/experience:
· Excellent communication skills.
· Excellent organisational skills.
· Knowledge of Microsoft Packages e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
· Previous experience in a similar role.
· System knowledge of SystmOne
