Spa Attendant
Main Job Duties
· Provide information and education to clients on Spa services and Product
· Provide a high level service to clients
· Ability to work in a fast paced environment with ease and friendliness
· Answer phones, set appointments, greet clients upon arrival
· Create, manage client profiles and ensure we have all proper documentation
· Ensure product knowledge to help promote sales/memberships
· Check emails, voicemails and reply to any messages as needed
· Maintain culture and appearance of Spa
Requirements
- Must have excellent communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
- Work well under pressure, enjoy new challenges, growth opportunities, and want to be part of an organization that builds and promotes its people
- Develop the skills required to complete the sales process
- Client service experience
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
