Financial Services Administrator
Summary
We are a truly independent Firm providing financial advice to clients on protection, investment, mortgages, retirement, and IHT/estate planning. You will work closely with our Financial Advisers to provide administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- New Business – Obtain pre-sale documentation and submit new business applications in line with FCA and internal procedures
- Servicing requests - Prepare paperwork required and process letters of authority, fund switches, rebalances and withdrawal requests
- Client Review Packs– Organise review packs, update valuations and any other supporting documentation in readiness for client review meetings
- Greet clients when they attend the office
- Answer telephone calls, sort and distribute inbound correspondence
- Undertake general administrative tasks, ensuring that throughout all stages of the advice and review process, the back-office records and client files are compliant
Requirements and Key Skills
- Genuine desire to produce a high standard of work and provide a quality service to clients
- Excellent communication skills and confident telephone manner
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively
- Good knowledge of the Office 365 suite
- Experience working with Intelliflo back office desirable
Salary dependent on experience
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £18,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
