Job description
As a Business Support Manager at JP Morgan you will be tasked with a variety of business administration and control responsibilities. Your role will be also to provide general support of day to day business functions.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead day to day team activities and manage coverage
- Develop and implement meaningful performance metrics
- Develop team line leaders
- Enforce a dynamic control/ compliance environment and continually mitigate risk in business processes
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders and internal business partners across multiple groups (both in North America and Globally)
- Provide thought leadership in strategic direction to improve global consistency, productivity and leverage to the business
- Advocate for the administrative staff needs
Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
- Relevant business support experience
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong and independent problem solving skills
- Customer service / Client facing experience is helpful
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Powerpoint)
- Excellent relationship building skills with the ability to listen well and influence others
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize multiple assignments, and bring tasks to complete closure
