The Opportunity
Providing and welcoming professional front of house experience for all visitors on site. Supporting the smooth running of key meetings and visits to Skipton.
Provide administrative support to a variety of departments. Support the organization and booking of travel arrangements for colleagues.
Main ResponsibilitiesMain Responsibilities
So, what will you be doing? This role has a broad and varied remit and the successful candidate will have responsibility for duties including:
- Welcome all visitors to site, directing them appropriately based on their nature of business. Notifying site contact of the visitors arrival
- Ensures signing in/out procedure is followed and visitors display/return appropriate visitor badges.
- Answer incoming telephone calls, managing these appropriately based on the nature of the call.
- Manages the receipt and distribution of incoming mail and manages the delivery of outgoing post/small parcels

- Proven experience in multi-tasking multiple priorities at the same time
- Previous experience in organising small events/meetings
- Familiarity with phone systems
