Guest Experience Agent| Mama Shelter London| £26,000

We are looking for a Guest Experience Agent who is full of energy, has guest satisfaction as their number one priority and can fulfil a multitude of key roles including welcoming guests, assigning rooms and keys, maintaining room availability, preparing bills and collecting payments.

You need to be someone that can:

• resolve any issues and discrepancies
• can arrange transport for guests when needed
• is knowledgable about London
• can help guests in visiting hot spots
• can maintain hotel records
• can provide immaculate phone and interaction etiquette with all guests
