Receptionist – Part Time
City location
We have an amazing new opportunity for a front of house receptionist to work part time, as part of a job share reception team, in a prestigious building in central London.
The building is currently undergoing renovations and you will play an important part during this exciting re-launch stage to ensure a professional and impeccable reception service to tenants and visitors.
You should be friendly, immaculately presented and enjoy working as part of a job share reception team. You’ll also work closely with the onsite security officer and Property Management company to ensure the building is always immaculately presented.
Hours: 8.00am – 6.00pm Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday (30 hours per week)
Salary: £20,092 part time (£12.88ph)

Key Responsibilities*
About the role
You will provide an exemplary front of house reception service, with additional responsibilities:
Reception responsibilities
- Meeting and greeting all visitors to the building to ensure a warm welcome
- Become the friendly face and ‘go to person’ at the building
- Manage reception sign-in processes
- Manage deliveries - including couriers and post
- Assist with the management of contractors and ensure any maintenance issues are reported and managed to resolution
- General Administration as required
- Create a weekly report to be sent to key stakeholders

- Immaculately presented with proven experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
- Competent PC user and be willing to learn any in-house systems
