We’re looking for a Receptionist to join our Highways team based in Gloucester. Salary: Up to £24.5k + 26 days of annual leave + Benefits
Responsibilities
As a Receptionist, you will support the Site Management team, with the management of Visitors, Incoming telephone call, emails and other duties.
Your day to day will include:
- Manage meeting room bookings and associated catering requests, office consumables and assist with facilities management
- Issuing and management of Access passes and related data
- Attending meetings and producing minutes as required
- Providing support to the Site Management/Admin team as required
- Support the admin team with data entry, ability to manage data and accurately transfer into systems and databases
What do we need from you?
This role of Receptionist is great for you if you:
- Have admin experience in a similar or support post and experience working within a customer facing environment within an admin function
- Have excellent advanced IT skills in Microsoft packages
- Have a good organisational and communication skills, both verbal and written, and good attention to detail
