Receptionist
About The Role
In this role you will be responsible for co-ordinating fittings for customers and booking their alterations appointments. You will ensure that administrative tasks are completed to a set deadline and front desk coverage is constant all day.
You will be of support to the Quality Control team whilst writing reports which will be completed to the highest accuracy. You will be responsible for making sure that a consistent level of support is provided to the team.

You will be an expert in time-management and running a meticulous schedule. You will be flexible and calm-headed whilst adapting to changing priorities. You will also have previous exposure to high-end clients and creating a world-class experience. You’ll also need:

Our Alterations Team are looking for a receptionist to support their daily operations and co-ordinate fittings for bespoke alterations. Our Tailors department at Harrods is a bespoke service that offers clients the freedom to restore or reimagine garments anew.
About The Role

- Thorough knowledge of the services provided within the alterations department.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service focus when dealing with internal parties.
- An exceptional attention for detail, ensuring that reports are completed to the highest accuracy.
- The ability to work weekends and a mix of early and late shifts.
- Excellent PC literacy and the knowledge of booking systems.
