We have a fantastic opportunity for a customer service orientated team player to join our busy Operations team at our exclusive flagship terminal at London Luton Airport. The role would suit candidates with a background in aviation, airline, airport operations or travel. Alternatively, we're also interested in hearing from candidates with a footing in contact-centre customer care.
As an Operations Assistant, you will be the first point of call for all customer bookings and handling requests, working out of our busy Operations department. With a VIP customer experience at the heart of the service you will liaise with customers, airport authorities and colleagues to deliver the Signature Aviation experience.
The role is for candidates who can perform well under pressure and go the extra mile to provide a five-star customer service. The opportunity will provide a great foundation for a career in aviation services and further opportunities within Signature Aviation.

About You:
You will be self-motivated and proactive with strong time management skills and ability to work accurately under pressure in an operational environment.
Strong customer service skills are required as well as flexibility of start and finish times within the shift pattern & a willingness to work occasional overtime (particularly in busy periods) is highly desirable.
You will have excellent personal presentation, a calm approach to problem solving and last-minute changes, and the ability to work accurately under pressure.
A checkable five-year employment history and a full and clean driving licence are essential.
