We are recruiting for Core by Clare Smyth, a modern fine dining restaurant based in Notting Hill, London.
Holding three stars in the Michelin Guide with five AA Rosettes and a perfect 10/ 10 in the Good Food Guide, Core continues to take the London fine dining scene by storm. You will join an established and stable team who are committed to the constant progression of the restaurant through training, personal development and investment into our people.
We are looking for an experienced and talented Receptionist who has a passion for delivering an exceptional guest experience.
As a Receptionist you will be expected to have an understanding of what is required to provide excellent customer service. Attention to detail will be crucial to ensure consistency and provide the highest levels of service to all guests at all times. Responsibilities will include greeting guests, managing the cloakroom, dealing with emails and reservations and answering the telephone.
The ideal Receptionist will have:
- Previous experience in a similar role within a fine dining restaurant in a luxury establishment or within a Michelin starred restaurant
- Excellent command of the English language, a second language would be an advantage
- A warm and friendly hospitable manner
