Job description
We are looking for an administration Manager to beresponsible for the management of the administration function across the community service.
The post will be based in the Jarvis Centre in Guildford.
Our department offers a full range of district-level Audiological services and our service delivery model is audiologist-led.
You will be responsible for the management of the administration function across the services.
Working as part of the wider cluster leadership team, the key requirements of the job will be to monitor and support the delivery of key performance targets, to provide support to the senior management team, and to provide line management to the administration team across the services.
You will also be expected to assist and lead in formulation and implementation of service policies, service operating procedures and strategies through efficient use of resources. As part of this role you will evaluate and develop processes and systems to ensure a caring, quality service is provided both to service users and staff.
The successful applicant will need to be organised, methodical, have strong leadership, managerial and coaching skills along with a willingness to develop their role, the administration teams and the needs of the services. Also would require an understanding of the validation of patient tracking lists.
