Job description
Digital and Information Services (IS) at Queen’s University Belfast, is currently seeking to appoint to the post of Open Research Assistant.
The postholder will be responsible to the Open Research Librarians for a range of duties carried out in support of the open research service.
The successful candidate must have, and your application should clearly demonstrate you have:
- Five GCSEs (Grade C or above) or equivalent including English Language and Mathematics
- A minimum of 3 years’ recent experience of working in a library or similar information or research environment
 Or
- In the absence of the above qualification, substantial relevant demonstrable experience of working in a library or similar information or research environment
- A minimum of one years’ experience of Cataloguing, Periodicals or working directly with bibliographic records.
