We are looking for a part-time front of house receptionist, that is responsible for the smooth running of the clinic during their shifts.
Our multidisciplinary health clinic has patient care and satisfaction at the heart of the business. We are a progressive, growing and friendly team that has a core focus on helping people recover from injuries and improve their quality of life.
The ideal candidate: must be well organised, able to multitask, follow instructions, and use their initiative to help keep the clinic running smoothly. We are looking for a 'people person' that is a team player and happy to go the extra mile to help the clinic.
The role includes: Making appointments (phone, email and face to face) answering emails, hosting a friendly reception, keeping the clinic tidy and clean. Taking payments (card machines and cash), using spreadsheets, using booking systems, dealing with client and therapist requests and helping with clinic promotion.
There is regular washing of gowns and towels, minor cleaning duties, as well as a set of stairs to navigate regularly.
There are a variety professions to support at our clinic - Chiropractic, Massage, Counselling and Reflexology.
The ideal candidate is expected to learn about these professions and have a special interest in healthcare. We expect punctual timekeeping to fall in line with the time-sensitive demands of the clinic. We are a friendly, fun team who have evenings out, away days and training throughout the year.
Experience in dealing with healthcare insurance companies is preferred.
Experience in running a payroll system is required.
Experience and confidence in Microsoft Word and Excel, document processing and spreadsheets is required.
Appraisals and salary increases are reviewed regularly.
Days of work: Monday 8:30am-2pm / Tuesday 8:30am-2pm / Wednesday 8:30am-2pm
