The Role
We are on the hunt for a superstar Social Media Manager who can help us manage and grow our social media channels, launch us on new platforms/channels, with the ultimate goal of growing each venue's brand awareness, engagement, popularity and (ultimately) conversions.
Day-to-Day:
- Creation and development of a social media strategy for each venue (working closely with the Head of Digital for support)
- Creation of various content types for multiple channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.) - both self-creation (using our asset banks), and through liaising with in-house graphic designers, and third-party creatives (such as photographers and videographers)
- Idea generation for content types, themes and channels
- Management of posting on multiple channels (see above) using a social media scheduling tool
- Community management across multiple channels (see above)
- Reporting on performance of multiple channels (see above)
- Creation and management of influencer lists
- Management of influencer relations
- General social and marketing administration activities
The Requirements:
- Previous content creation and social media management experience - simple!
- You'll have previously created content and managed the channel/community for yourself (perhaps you're an influencer?) or for a brand.
- You'll have previously worked with: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok.
- You'll have previously worked with: a social media scheduling tool.
- Native/fluent in English.
Nice To Haves:
- Previous experience in hospitality marketing (bar, restaurant, nightclub, hotel etc.)
- Previous experience of creating/managing Paid Social ads (using tools such as Facebook Business Manager, TikTok Advertising, Snapchat Advertising etc.)
Interview Process:
- 30 minute call/meeting with our Head of Digital Marketing
- Complimentary meal at one of our venues, where you'll complete a short social media-related task
- 30 minute meeting with our Head of Digital Marketing, Head of Operations and CEO

Notes:
- This role requires travel to the office (Central London) and venues (Central London) between 3-5 days per week
- This role may require some late-night work
- 18+ years old

Salary: £25,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
