Balance Health Clubs to recruit enthusiastic people to join our team to help manage and organise our front of house facilities.
As the first point of call for our members you will ensure the highest levels of customer service and communication at all times. As well as receptionist duties, you will also be involved with membership sales and developing the social aspects of the club and its café bar.
We are looking for confident, friendly individuals who are willing to embrace change and be prepared to implement new ideas to support the customer loyalty and retention strategy.
Our aim is to create an environment with an atmosphere that appeals to a wide range of people – the emphasis is on well-being and lifestyle, with a wide range of vibrant social activities.
Our attractive and successful club is continuing with an exciting programme of development. The vision is to create a premier lifestyle club which will also include a business hub and operate in conjunction with our associated theatre and conference facilities.

Your working pattern will include daytime, evening and weekend shifts.

Part-time hours: 16 per week
Pay: £10.50 per hour
