Technical Account Manager (Azure & M365)
Microsoft Partner - Azure Advanced Specialist Partner
£55,000 + bonus
95% remote (office visits once/twice per quarter in Oxford)

As a Technical Account Manager working for this Azure Advanced Specialist Partner, you will:
- Build deep and lasting relationships with new and existing customers
- Align best practices for MS cloud managed services
- Ensure they have the best experience of using the company's managed services
- Be the customer's champion inside the company and drive loyalty, growth and retention
- Be part of a cross-functional team that is responsible for the full customer life cycle, from conception to deployment and ongoing support
- Oversee complex projects, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and proactively identify and resolve issues
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience with Microsoft Azure and Modern Workplace solutions
- Understands cloud managed services
- Has worked in customer facing roles within the Microsoft ecosystem
- Has excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Is passionate, collaborative and empowered
