AvantGard, an award-winning San Carlos Spa, is seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented individuals with exceptional customer service skills for a long-term employment opportunity.
Are you skilled in verbal communication? Do you possess quick thinking abilities, decision-making skills, and problem-solving capabilities? This position requires multitasking and is ideal for someone who can efficiently handle and address new needs as they arise throughout the day. Previous direct customer experience in retail or hospitality is a must.
The responsibilities of the spa concierge/receptionist include:
- Acting as a skilled and gracious host to our guests
- Scheduling and confirming appointments
- Answering phone calls and providing excellent service
- Checking guests in and out
- Providing comprehensive explanations of our services
- Facilitating efficient work-flow for the technical staff
- Conducting sales transactions with a high level of accuracy
- Maintaining a pristine environment in all public areas of the spa
- Assisting in maintaining the visual merchandising and displays.
Physical Requirements: This position involves standing for extended periods, as well as performing light dusting, retail tagging, and organizing tasks.
Full time and Part time are available.
